Step 1:
Download the complete Application Packet.Sign up for Fuelman now and see how we can help you manage your fleet!
Fill out the Credit Application (2 pages) and FAX to 817-882-8255.

One of our sales representatives will contact you if more information is needed.

Step 2:
Complete the Driver List, Vehicle List, Hands-On Web
Access Form and Authorized Personnel List (included in the Application Packet).
FAX to 817-882-8255.

Step 3:
Fuelman of DFW will train your drivers and they begin FUELING!
